How do I sign up for Davines Loyalty Program?
If you already have an existing account on davines.com.sg, you’ll be automatically enrolled in. If you do not have an account yet, you can join us by creating an account. Davines Loyalty Program is open to all Singapore residents.
How can I check my rewards points balance?
Log in to your account and go to the Rewards Page. Your current points balance and transaction history will be displayed.
How do I redeem my rewards points?
Browse the rewards catalog at the Rewards Page. Select your desired reward and follow the instructions to redeem it. Redeemed rewards will be turned into a coupon code for you to apply at your next order during checkout.
Do redeemed rewards expire? Can I cancel my redeemed rewards?
Yes, redeemed rewards expire within 7 days from date of issue. No, you cannot cancel your redeemed rewards. Redeemed rewards cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable hence please use it as soon as possible.
Can I use redeemed rewards with other promotions or discounts?
No, you are only able to use redeemed rewards along with gift with purchase promotion only. Should there be any doubts, please contact customer service before you proceed to redeem your points.
What happens if I return an order?
If you return an order, the points earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account accordingly.
