1. How do I join Davines loyalty program?

If you already have an existing account on davines.com.sg, you’ll be automatically enrolled into our loyalty program.
If you do not have an account, you can join us by creating an account. Davines Loyalty Program is open to all Singapore residents.

2. Do my points expire?

Yes, Davines points is only valid for 365 days from date earned.

3. What happens to my points if I make a return?

If you make a full refund, the points earned will be removed from your points balance.
For partial refunds, points earned will be prorated according to the percentage of the refund.

4. Can I transfer or combine my points to another account?

Your points are not transferrable and cannot be combined with another account in the website.

5. Can I cancel my points that have been redeemed?

No, points that have been previously redeemed cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.

6. How long is my redeemed coupon code valid for?

Your redeemed coupon code is valid for 7 days.
Please ensure you use it before the expiration date, as expired coupon codes are not eligible for refunds.
