Return Policy

We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges for online purchases and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 5 days of the RECEIVED date.

Please note that we only accept exchanges of equal or lower value which have been pre-approved by our Customer Service. The refund and exchange might be rejected if the product packaging has been opened or used. Please note that we can only do the refund to a local bank account, thus, please provide our Customer Service with your bank account details upon approval of refund.

Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Contact our customer immediately via email: ask@davines.com.sg
  2. Please provide the reason of refund / exchange and proof if needed
  3. Include your order invoice in your returned package
  4. Place the unused item(s) in its original condition into the original shipper packaging.
  5. Please mail your package to:
