Free Shipping and Charges

Davines Singapore offers free shipping throughout Singapore for online purchases worth $80 nett and above. Shipping charges cost $6 for orders below $80.

Delivery Process and Lead Time

Items will be delivered between 3-5 business days from date of purchase.

By default, all deliveries will be made contactless for your convenience and safety.

Please ensure that units are reachable for delivery to private addresses that require intercom access to enter unit. For alternative drop off locations such as at Concierge, please indicate in remarks/ order special instruction.

If you prefer contact delivery, please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel during working hours. We are unable to accommodate to specific timings.

In the event that no one is present to receive the parcel and a second delivery attempt is required, a re-delivery fee of $6 will be charged to your order.

Orders placed on Friday after 12PM and over the weekend will be processed on Monday and be delivered from Tuesday onwards.

Delivery is not available for addresses with P.O. Boxes.

Order Tracking and Delivery Status

Once your orders have been picked up by our logistic partner, you will receive an URL link to a live delivery tracker via email.

In rare cases, there may be unexpected service delay such as severe weather, natural disasters, transport accidents, unscheduled events, and etc. We also seek your understanding that deliveries may be delayed during sale period.

Multiple Address Delivery

We only deliver to one address per order. If you'd like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.

We currently ship within Singapore only.
