EIG Dermal Wellness (S) Pte Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Esthetics International Group Berhad (“EIG”), which is one of the leaders in the beauty and wellness industry in ASEAN and Hong Kong and has been publicly listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia since 2004. EIG is the exclusive authorised distributor of Davines products in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.
Unless otherwise specified, references to Davines in this agreement refer to Davines Inc. (“Davines”) whose principal place of business is 1535 Beachey Place, Carson, California 90746 USA.
